Improve custom game "High bandwidth Mode" stability

Mercy will no longer charge her ult if her right click target is shooting shield or ice wall

Reaper will no longer teleport to weird places

doesnt really have anything to do with any chars I play, I didnt think widow was a big problem lol.

This is actually well thought out, I think the only thing I'd rather see is widow ult not work for the team only for the widow, and keep the charge time the same. Not to say your solution was bad I just think I would prefer this.

I didnt think widow was bad at all and i have a handful of hours on her, she pretty vulnerable at times too pretty easy to kill imo

I guess DVA is fine
I mostly agree with these changes

Glad to see Widow is nerfed

I was hoping Dva would be buffed a bit since it's my gf's favorite hero.

I still don't really see her as much of a tank compared to the other choices though...

I really wish widows ult would only give her the wall hacks. Would cause widows to actually communicate with the team to contribute and would be much more balanced imo

They didn't nerf widowmaker. They just increased the skill gap even more. I was already having troubles. Now I just can't play widowmaker.

LOL, anyways both are still top tier characters just not as frustrating anymore and if they are the person your against is good so get over it.
