So I checked the minimum requirements and everything else checks out, except for this:
I have NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE and the recommended is NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 460. I tried googling the comparisons and I found a bunch of sites that didn't have data about both of those, but what I gathered is that mine is slightly worse than the recommended one but does better in a few categories. Just don't want to dish out the money before I know I can play it without issues. Will be running lowest settings of course.

I can run it on a Dell inspiron 14z with no problems.

Buy a physical copy so you can return it if it doesn't run.

Probably will run but Idk if you will get at least 60 fps with that

will prob have to turn everything down to minimum even then idk may lag

I have i7 16gb ram end everything else is top spec but my graphics card still using my old radeon 5850 and i can only run game on medium, everything beyond that is not smooth

I run it on i5 laptop and gt720, low settings not full he, runs pretty smooth at 30 fps

I'd iamgine you can run it on low.
Game isn't t oo crazy rough on your system.
