Yes the game is just as fun on PS4 as on PC. You get the benefit of more accurate keyboard/mouse on PC, slightly better graphics, and in-game text chat.
They designed it to play well with controller. In fact, there are a number of heroes that don't require that much accuracy, just good positioning. But if everyone on PS4 is gimped with using a controller then it evens out.
