Overwatch isn't a MMORPG.
Also the game hasn't started any testing nor has there been any announcement for when testing will happen aside from a 2015 time frame. (which could mean mid 2015, late 2015, Early etc...)

I'm also not sure if they give out keys, you just signup through Bnet Beta settings and if you get selected it pops up in your game listings.
