Guaranteed gold at least in healing, usually gold in objective time, usually a medal in objective eliminations, occasionally a medal in eliminations, and maybe a damage medal or two during the loses while down players.

Maybe worth pointing out that the losses while down players were absolute curb stomps (and played until the end) and the one loss at full capacity was was a bad loss as well.
