e/ why is Symmetra a "support" when she does a shit load of damage and places turrets. feels more of a defense player no ?

People have been asking to put her as a defense chatacter and replace her with a new support chatacter, probably will happen at some point

Shields and a teleporter are team supporting abilities....

I guess for some reason people they think support just means healing...
