i think i like around 15
i can turn around fast if i need to and not as crazy i think it is anything lower seems like i am deprived in moving.

do you shoot while moving foward or keep aroudn same distance to try and kill that person.

your sens is to high, dpi is also important to know but even if your dpi is 400 your sens is still to high for hitscan characters.

I highly recommend 3.5 in game / 800 DPI. I switched from an extremely high sensitivity and now do so much better running 3.5/800.

Im console and transitioned off lots of Halo but.

Soldier is an incredibly well balanced hero. He was good the previous patch, regardless of what people said, and the current patch he rips.
Tips: know your battles,soldier has a self heal, and sprint. Basically I play like a douche and abuse the crap out of those for flanks and harassing.

Honesty, if you're struggling with him, just use full auto all the time at first. At really long ranges try out the burst mechanic, such as on pharahs.

Personally, I strafe to help line up shots and throw off enemy aim. Also, while people say to throw in jumps, that helps, but one overly looked mechanic that nobody uses is crouch.
Do quick toggle crouches and you can also throw off their aim.
I use it on my mccree a lot
