he's too good
activating his ultimate automatically puts the opposing team out of site for whatever amount of time
if he doesnt shoot anybody he still retains 50% of it even though he activated it

he can gun down tanks on his own no problem

they run double mccree competitively for a good reason

How would you nerf him?
Increase reload time? Nerf his stun?

How much should his RClick do?

I think the ultimate is fine. Not even one of the strongest ones.

grenade shouldn't stun it should flash, just like its called. Changing nothing but this would balance him out alot better.

yeah i don't like that he can stun, his dmg is too high for it.

If McCree was nerfed then Tracer and Genji would become ultra-gay. There would be almost no way to deal with them.

his ultimate is good because of utility


the moment you hear "high noon" you take cover
you can clear the opposing team off of the objective point for like 7 seconds
double mccree and its 14 seconds
hell you even spread them out for the picking
and if he doesnt shoot, he retains 50% for another "high noon" again

i'd say put his ultimate charge back to 0% after activating it even if he doesnt shoot

No one else in the game retains % of their ultimate after activating it

i didn't realize people were actually at the point in this game where they think it through this deeply. i just play w.e i feel like playing

I think through every game I play.



What if you keep the stun but reduce the RClick damage so that he can't melt tanks.
Still have it enough to kill squishies. (Maybe RClick + melee to kill 300 HP characters)

i usually just play nonsense for a good period of time then start learning the basics of compositions and counter picks

Learning the game now will give u a jump later on since its a brand new game, alot of people will get this game in a few months and be lost. Mcree doesn't really need stun to kill a tracer or a genji. His left click 1 shots them to the head, right click is guaranteed kill if close at all, the stun is overkill, a flash would work fine, and still allow the possibility of retreat or the chance to fire against other characters.
