Honestly it's fucked how this game works if you play solo... Either your team knows what they doing and you win or it's full of retards and you lose. You have no control over it. 50/50 chance win/lose. It could at least afford you rating based on individual performance vs others who play that character on the same map. If I lose I guarantee you 90% of the time I have 4 golds and before you say anything about that not mattering one of those will always be objective time. Cos these cunts don't play for objectives. You get a team with hanzo and widow sitting miles from anywhere useful and a fucking genji running around like a loon never doing any damage or trying to back cap. I try to fill main roles, tank/healer whatever is needed but it's impossible to heal a team that's spread over all four corners of the map and it's impossible to tank for that team too.

e/ rant over. Conclusion - I need a team of average-decent dudes who aren't retarded and are happy to play the roles needed of them.
