that may work in theory, but if the elo is low enough your team may have no idea what to do with 1 man up.

At low ranks just play whatever you are decent as, don't need to worry about "meta" until diamond+
You can't climb as healer; need to play as damage or roadhog/dva/zarya
If you can't climb then you probably belong at that skill rating

Pharah, Roadhog, Symetra (defense), Torb (defense). Whatever u do don't play Sombra, she has the lowest win % of all heroes by a whopping 10%. That's insane with the kind of sample size we're talking with how many people play.
