Doesn't impact your reflect if you are powered up from what I've seen.

If you are reflecting a powered up enemy that is different, seen a few quick KO happen that way.

Yeah and people are at the mercy of their healers. Healers make a huge impact on the game and you can easily tell when one sucks ass.
