OMG, why is this so difficult for some people lol.
windows sens is irrelevant and doesn't need changed this game has raw input so it doesn't use windows sensitivity.
my mouse i had 400 dpi / 6 in game sensitivity
to prevent the pixel skipping i changed my settings to
800 mouse dpi / 3 in game sensitivity
this makes doing a 360 in game the exact same traveled distance for the mouse that it was on my old settings, but stops the pixel skipping.
If you play on a 1080 monitor you need 4 or less in game sensitivity.
as an example, dpi/ingame sensitivity are directly related all these are the same distance traveled for the mouse to achieve the same amount of movement in game (1600dpi/12 sens 800dpi/24 sens 400 dpi/48 sens)
Adjusting sensitivity in Windows jacks up the sensitivity in game for me. I play on 4800/12 and 4800/4. It is difficult to understand if it doesn't apply.
