While I kind of agree I like it how it is u have to be a surgeon with it which is kinda cool cause it's more skill based. His nerf is really dumb though. He's the first character people from other fps games learn typically and post nerf he sucks so I'm not sure that's a good thing for the game.

They nerfed spread right? It's not live yet only on PTR atm ? I haven't played him in a while he is my main hero like

Nerfed the spread hard he's really only useful mid range now and even then u can't hit head consistent unless you slow your rate of fire down a ton like to the point of being useless. Almost no reason to pick him over mcree in ptr patch.
