already OP ult buffed some more.. reduce explosion timer and massive reduction in time to get (which was pretty quick anyway)
right click defense martix gunna make it impossible to win 1 v 1 with a projectile class if the dva knows you are there....
Will be interesting to see how it plays out on the PTR
soldier is super mid ranged character now, mcree > long range due to accuracy + the changes in the patch. I'm not sure there is a spot for soldier anymore on a competitive team they took the thing he did better than anyone else away from him with that spread nerf. Dva is now reindhart with mobility if u want to generalize while summing things up.
