No. An entire screen further than c/t. If you cast Blizzard quickly enough before your teleport finishes, it will cast from your initial location rather than where you teleported to.

1800 dpi. 15 in game sensitivity.
Mostly a tracking player.
Gonna lower it to 1400 and see if my hit scan improves.
