My mercy was retarded 2 games straight, 1 game she literally res'd no one her ult was charged the whole game, meanwhile the other teams mercy bringing back 3 or 4 every team fight. Otherwise teams were pretty even.

At a basic level it's pretty much just:
Team fight starts? GTFO until your team dies

from my experience playing mercy in solo queue is pretty hard cuz your team always spread before they die, making it hard to hit good ults

tell that to adam hands down best mercy in the game.

i usually go healer unless someone pics another one early.

mercy with pistol is actually pretty decent if you need to put a bit of pressure back on the enemies

That's literally how she's played competitively and how you get the best revives.
The most important thing for a healer is to stay alive OR get a great res.
She heals in the back until a fight starts. Then she runs away and comes back after her team dies.

The mercys that sit in the fight trying to be a battle healer just die and are useless.

And you can still heal people that escape with low HP so they can get back in the fight

If you die though, it's like 3 people dying since that's how many you could have ressed.

A lot better to play Lucio if you wanna be closer to the fight
Smaller hit box, consistent self heal, wall ride and high jump
