is she only offense or defense or doesnt matter?

Best time to pick her is when ur team already has a tank. Your a tank, sure, but your main job is to ram the enemy carries who aren't near the bulk of their teammates and machine gun them down. They can't really escape D. Va's boosters.

100% way better at offense for sure
Only time she's good at defense is if they're getting on the point a lot so it's constant close quarters

I'm not a fan unless their team is really spread out so you can fly around to pick people off

I play her with a mission to mess up the other teams strat as much as possible. ex: reinhartd and co blocking an entry to an objective I will fly around and kill sniper or healer, even if I don't kill them I'll get 2-3 people chase me which will open up the way for my team to pass through outnumbering them. Like Chris said it's good if you have anouther tank on your team because most of the time you wont be sitting in front of them team taking dmg. The ult is great for zoning and pushing points, you can have a good ult even if you didn't kill anyone. Great for end game payload pushes or taking over the point. Just be a pest and annoy the enemy team as much as possible, take advantige of the OP flying.

She needs buff, feels weak
