It's garbage long range
You need to use it just around a corner from their team

this, should be used as a suprise as close as possible and best scenario in a tight area where they are pushing a point.

Hanzo already seeing play post-Widow nerf
(Not including the 5 hanzo scatter strat)

First match has him on offense in King's Row
25:00 has him on offense in Dorado (and maybe wins the game with an early snipe)
