Soldier 76 is retardedly good. Yes, it takes a while to solo a Roadhog....but that fucker has 600 HP and a self shield.

So easy to burst down supports/defense/offense heroes though, not to mention he's literally the most noob-friendly hero in the game.

His shot can seem inconsistent because of the large spread of his gun with continued fire

With that being said, he doesn't need a buff
