I don't know.

He seems even more OP but I'm 2-6 with Junkrat this season so far. That's averaging 16 final blows / 10 minutes and 9,100 damage / 10 minutes [PS4]. I seem to crush and grab 3-4 golds but ultimately lose. Sample seems too large to lay the blame on teammates.

Then again, this season is weird. I gold in damage as Zenyatta most games I play him..

Why do they constantly break the meta right as the season starts? Why not implement the changes into QP and see if they are actually balanced first?

Because the trap + mine combo is exactly 200.

Trap + double mine would still be 200. Just reduce it to 60. I could even see an argument for 80 but that would be the HIGHEST I would like to see it.

With double mine he has insane mobility which increases his survivability considerably. Why does he need to do top-tier damage on top of that?

Pretty dumb that you can hit both mine + shot together nearly at the same time.
