Soldier if you're good at DPS, otherwise I've seen a lot of success with Reinhart. Low ranks have no idea what to do against him and usually will blow their ults just to kill you (which is profit for your team)

Zarya/Road in this meta.

A good road can get many picks and at low elo they have no idea what to do with 1 man down.
Creates easy push.

rein is pretty good. also heroes that doesnt require a lot of aiming. like harambe..
