as the title says i am new to ow (pc) and i am rly bad (16xx rating)
now my questions: on what should i focus to improve?
what are the fundamentals? which champs help me to learn the fastest?
should i play with a team to get a feeling for the game or should i keep playing solo?
E: playd the game for 20-25 hours

Start with aiming. There are lots of aiming practice guides you can easily look up no youtube.

One example is playing a custom game 1v6 against Ana bots with "headshots only" enabled (Ana can't headshot)
Will help you focus on headshots on characters that use single shot based aiming (Widow, McCree, Mei, Hanzo) but is also just useful for training headshots in general

so dont if this would bring much

It's also very important to be able to play a variety of heroes, preferably ~2 of each category

while its easy to aim as winston, hes all about strategy and knowing when and where to be at what times, not sure hes really a good hero to start out on even if its easy to aim.

well you can make a good decision of sitting back and sniping with mccree and hit for 15% because you cant aim
you can make the poor decision of going front line with mccree and dinking both their supports, stunning their tnak and getting a clip off then dying yourself

aiming > decision making
and aiming can turn most bad decisions in at least OK decisions
where as good decision making isn't going to improve your aim unless your decision was to pick Winston

Aim Is pretty good but you can get away with having average aim. Decision making is what makes you a better player

yeah i think the same
i saw gamsu (the ex lol pro) gettin in the highest ranks although his aim is/was shit

none of that would matter if your team doesn't follow up on the low hp targets, and your dead so its now 6v5 so no aim doesn't make up for poor decision making only if you make a bad decision and get a 2k anyways or kill a support even then it can be questionable if your the main dps your team may be unable to push with you dead.
