Yup this is very casual and noob friendly, don't rly see how it's gonna next big esports thing

as long as the big sponsors are around it will have a thriving competitive scene. I cant see it taking over league/csgo as the most popular esport but i can see it thriving for a long time. Making it 1 hero limit again would help that cause alot the cheese strats from no hero limit make the game look bad on streams.

Because there's a high skill cap, very counter heavy, and lots of room for strategy?

Casual and noob friendly is how the game is successful. Has nothing to do with competitive scene.
