Went 6-4 in placements and got 48, which friend went 3-7 and got rank 55..

Lose one game go down a whole rank, win a game go up 1/5th a rank...

Long story short, i am now rank 40

If someone on enemy team leaves you get only 10% xp for winning but if your team mate leaves you get like -50% xp for losing lol its pretty broken atm

i dropped to 43 then back up to 53 in like 10 games rofl

i just won 5 games in a row... those 5 games didnt even go up 1 rank.

Wth?

I lose a game i rank down, i win i rank up... 5 games o.O

this would make sense if true
2 of my 5 losses, 1-2 people left on my team
5 of my wins, no one in the game left

I went 6-4 got 48, cousin went 4-6 got 51.
Apparently it counts in how you played during your placements for the placement.
So even if he lost a bunch of games, if he did well he would be placed higher. So dumb.
I went down to 31 then got back up to 45 lol.

but im just a scumbag junkrat player

Funny thing is i usually do the best on my team, most gold medals...
I literally just had a symmetra on my team put all her turrets inside our base and say enjoy your loss before the game even started.. He sat there the entire game waving as we were dying. lawl

edit - I also fill every game cuz of all the auto picks, im a selfless player and try to give everyone good moral, never plays in my favor.. im at rank 38 atm and cant progress.. game makes me want to just quit all together but i enjoy it to much

i started at 46, up to 52 now we play about 4-8 games a night and are winning about 70-75% of them atm.
