The Ladder Reset Section

It is impossile to provide an accurate price guide for the first day, week or month of a ladder reset, noting prices reduce by the hour.
Whait is provided here is a snap shot of prices on Days 1,2,3 and 4 of Season 3 Ladder Launch.

DO NOT USE THIS BLOG AS AN ACCURATE PRICE GUIDE AT THE TIME OF READING THIS AS PRICES WILL HAVE ALREADY REDUCED ACROSS THE BOARD

Forward: If you are trying to make fg, and have experience, you should know that the best way to make fg is to invest fg into your character.
This means, buying what you need on day 1, in order to make fg from your character. you can then sell everything (or most) at the end of day one.
On day 2 you can repeat the process - buy what you need on day 2, in order to make fg from your character, and sell everything that evening and repeat the process the next day.

As an example: some players will buy enigma instantly and offer services (leveling), some players will buy smiter gear to farm torches from day1, some players will buy MF gear to MF Mephisto, there are alot of ways to do this.
Whatever it is you are doing, have a plan but be adaptable if the plan does not work out.

Rare Amulets can be some of the best items in the game. you are looking for +2 Class, typcally FCR, Life, Mana and Stats (Str / Dex).
Rare Amulets will however always be 2nd to Craft Amulets.

Craft Amulets can be some of the best items in the game. you are looking for +2 Class, 15-20FCR, Life, Mana and Stats (Str / Dex).
dont bother trying to craft one for LLD / MLD (rares are almost always better and you need to be a funky level to craft for MLD).
You need to be level 93 to craft +2 amulets (it does not matter where you gamble them, normal-hell).

Finally,

If you cant find Magic Find Gear or are struggling to get to Baal Hell / or to get better gear / fg, or simply don't know what to do, here are some options:

1. Consider doing Baal Runs in Normal until you Level 45 & Baal Runs in Nightmare until 75. Consider doing Ancients, Baalruns and Hell mode in general with friends.
2. If you cant find Magic find gear, don't worry, you can sell as item bases (Armors and Weapons) via Normal Cows (1 handed Swords), Nightmare Cows (Runes) and Hell Cows (Alot of stuff!).
3. If you don't like Magic finding you can also rush people for a fee. There will be many people looking for rushes in the first few weeks.
4. If you don't like Magic finding you can also power level people for a fee. This can be done via Cows, Baal Runs and Dia Runs.
5. If you don't like killing stuff, you can always just craft. Crafted Belts and Amulets can net you a Jackpot Item.
6. If you are struggling in any part of Hell consider leveling to 90. It helps. Each Level over 96 takes a long time so only do this if you really have a lot of time on your hands.
7. If you are struggling with Mephisto MF'ing in Hell, consider doing Mephisto Runs in Nightmare in order to find upgrades / stuff to sell in order to be able to do Hell MF.
8. There are certain areas in Hell that can drop every time in the Game. The easiest such place is known as the Pits in Act1. Feel free to Google / Youtube it.
9. If you don't like to Magic Find, Gold Find is also a thing. Travincal in Hell is great for this (and is not bad for finding high runes either).
10. When all else fails, and arguably even better then all of the above, look for stuff on D2JSP that is being sold under priced, and resell it at its value. This is in particular for LLD, MLD and HLD PvP Items
