Hoping to sell everything in non-ladder during season 3 with a 2-4x multiple compared to what I paid.

Might be naive. On the one hand it s only season 2 ending, however when looking on the massive amounts of (similar) items other users accumulated… nonladders demand may already be saturated 1 day after reset.
