so im New-ish to JSP and imve been working really hard to do better postings
and list my items right. So i decided to list all my best Jewels and after organizing them
i ended up with 74 (Posting up on page) so i listed them and went to sleep ( took me MANY Hours)
got home from work today to discover over 30 of them Poof'd/Deleted by Battle Net.

Im so sad over this. some of the ones ive lost were personal favorites and others ones i was
excited to get good FG for

im writing this because i think its time we rally to get Blizzard to fix this Glitch/Bug

Why do good players like me lose out but seems others never have had this issue..

any suggestions? idk.. maybe i should just not do JSP anymore..

Update: ive discovered through research that Blizzard in order to "save room" made the game only hold so much memory on a char so if by stupid luck you "overload" it (which you have no idea if you do/can)
then when you save & quit and relog back on then it Deletes items starting with lowest GOLD VALUE item

This is INSANE and now has cost me some of my best jewels that ive saved since launch

Blizzard should be ashamed they haven't patched such a dumb piece of code.

Im just so confused and am still thinking JSP might not be a good place for me...

UPDATE: After researching morre , seems i cant find a way to contact Blizzard to maybe get my Jewels back. The reason i feel i could get them back is i have a list and they would have internal time stamps
to back up what im saying. This is the one thing i love about JSP is that everything is Date/Time Stamped.

Question: anyone know if i can get them back?
if not then im just over it and makes me really question the correct way to store items

im also sorry , not trying to be that guy who complains.. im just venting..

UPDATE: Someone messaged me saying i duped these and thats why they disappeared which is so disappointing for anyone to assume since
if you look the jewels were obviously legit and i dont have the slightest idea how to do it...

THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN BECAUSE THEY WERE DUPED

This happened because Blizzard took Legacy Code from old school d2 in which they did some type of code to save space & limit players
to a certain KB on each Char.. how would i know this? no idea... i guess best way moving forward is to avoid keeping a whole char of
jewels/rings which from my research seem to have the biggest KB Size on the server

This whole thing really hit me and even got me close to quitting JSP but im going to try my best to still be a great trader on the platform
