Saved my hell Ancients for level 98.
Level 90-98 Nihlathak -> Do an average of 11 packs in river of flame and chaos -> Kill Diablo -> NG
Level 98-99 Nihlathak -> Pop seals -> Take Shrine A1 -> Kill Diablo -> Kill Baal in P2 or P4 party -> NG


My hotkey setup. I can recommend this for a smoother experience:
Item Label Display: Toggle (Press alt in the start of each game)
Quick Cast Skills: On
Teleport on mouse 4 (Page back mouse button)
Q W E: Active skills.
Z X C: Buff skills (Battle Orders, Holy Shield, Frozen Armor ETC)
S D F: If a character needs more keys for active skills.
F1: Town Portal
R: Moved weapon swap to this key
Tips: Always keep an extra town portal beside Tome Book, it's a fail safe if you forget to fill your Tome.
It's very useful if you are in a hurry doing Nihl + Diablo and joining baalrun team in time.
- The setup might take a bit of time to get used to, but really worth it in the end.
