We will need the following items from you
1. Battle.net ID of the accused || 2. In-game Message log || 3. Screenshot of your inventory/stash || 4. Accused JSP name || 5. Link to Trade thread || 6. Screenshot of any PM related to trade
Please follow the steps below closely in exact order in order to obtain screenshots for the steps above highlighted red
1. Obtain battle.net ID of the accused. You can retrieve this with the following.
1a. Block that user by right click their character name in chat and choose "block" or
1b. Add that user by pressing /f a [accused character name] or
1c. Type /whois [accused character name]
2. Type /time
3. Enable D2 Legacy Mode by pressing "G"
4. Press "Tab" and "M" afterwards to open your message log
5. Take screenshots of the entire message log with game name shown
6. Take screenshot of your entire inventory and each tab in your stash in legacy mode with a time stamp in each picture (Please do not edit or crop screenshots in any way)[/B]
6a. If you have similiar items to the Item in question, Hover your mouse over it and screenshot it. Be sure to include screenshot inside your cube as well
If you have left the game but did not exit the client, create any new game and you should still have access to the message log
