Don't give a notice at work unless u want to get hired back.
Lucky to ask you why your leaving and it mad at themselves their losing you. Then instead of letting you finish your two weeks in peace, they'll throw things your way like vacation time and raise offers when it's too late. You decline their offer and they walk you out the door without letting you finish.

Two week notices only benefit the employer, it doesn't protect the employee.
