I played the Diablo 2 beta a few times, but it came at a time in my life that I was working 60 hours a week just to keep a roof over my family's head and food on the table, so I never played the game that much when it did come out, despite buying it relatively soon after release. I finally played through Normal somewhere around 2010 and loved it. Fast forward to the present and I tried the D2R beta and was blown away. I love the game and have been running several characters (and a lot of mules) ever since launch and I look forward to ladders even though I have no clue how they work!

I had heard about d2jsp while reading about builds on the various D2R sites and was scared to death to try it. I finally did in January, and I recall being so nervous on my first purchase I almost messed it up because my inventory was full, lol! I made it through and have made several purchases since and I am now comfortable with things to the point that I finally ventured into my first sale (or trade, or whatever) which went very well. I think the person got a very good price but I was happy to do it so I could get the experience and now look forward to jumping in even further. Maybe even adding friends and joining a guild... who knows?
