Well the intentions of this blog is to help myself and to share that experience in hope to help someone else.

Some non-detailed injury history    .

  • Shoulder Injury 1.5+ Year, chance of relapse.
  • Ear Pain Seasonal/Continuous inflected by exercise. 2+ Years
  • Knee Injury 5+ Years
  • Back Pain 2+- Year
  • Overall Body Pain from the dis-balance of having a beat up body. 5+ Years
  • Other injuries Years/+-

While some of these injuries and pains got worse than others, I found myself on Pain Management plans for over 7+ years. I no longer keep over the counter pain and inflammation medications as I was taking those for an extended period of time. I found myself taking prescription medication in which I was becoming dependent on and this helped me recover from part of my overall "disabilities." I was able to strengthen my Temple without having the fallback of severe and chronic pain. Getting out of bed and walking around in the morning was something "new" to me as I had completely forgotten what it was like to not be in pain. As time went on and the doctors and I followed the plans best suited for me, I have come to reality I may always need to be ready for the wake of chronic pain later in life, much like how I am feeling with my current life activities now.

So going forward and in part with this blog I hope to learn new and valuable ways to deal with such problems in life but through mental, physical, and other means in life besides medications. That being said if I had some anti-inflammatory in the house right now I would be all up in it. From experience my best options at this very moment and to my desire are to go prepare some super foods and taking some notes about what is and what can be. :o .

My overall tip here and to anyone is to consider the good possibilities than rather ponder of the disabilities, and take action making that happen at the same time.

Best of luck. :hail:
