One of my hobbies is building keyboards, and the current project is creating one specific to D2. Goal is to get all of the hotkeys is use with my left (non-mouse) hand onto one half of a split ortholinear, like a Lilyl58 or Let's Split/Levinson. Currently have both built, now working on the programming/testing phase.

Eventually, it'll be a general use gaming pad, but with custom switches, caps, stabs, casing, everything. Anyone who happens to read this, do you prefer a full keyboard, or could you get used to a gaming pad-type setup?
