Install & Setup Guide

Installing Pokerstars

To begin, you will need to download the Pokerstars software from the following link:
https://www.pokerstars.com/PokerStarsInstall.exe

Run and install the file "PokerStarsInstall.exe"
After opening Pokerstars, you will need to create an account if you do not already have one.
On the top left of the Pokerstars window, click "Account --> Create Account..."
You will need a valid e-mail to validate your account.

How to apply to a Home Games club

Once you are logged in you can click the ’Home Games’ button.

In the Home Games lobby click the ’Join a Poker Club’ button.

Insert the given club information along with your d2jsp username and click ’Join Club’.

How to register to a tournament

Once you have been accepted to the club, you may have to double click another club's lobby in order to refresh the list.
Now you can access the club lobby, and see scheduled tournaments from the Home Games menu.
- To register highlight the tournament in the ’My Scheduled Tournaments’ tab in the main Home Games lobby, and click register in the bottom right corner of the lobby.
- Or open the club lobby, click the ’Schedule’ tab, highlight the tournament and click ’Register’.
  - Once you’ve hit register you will be prompted to confirm your buy-in.
  How to collect additional play money chips
  
  If you have run out of play money..
  - Click cashier in the top right of the PokerStars lobby screen.
  - Go to the summary tab and press the 'Collect' button. This will give you 12,500 play chips per 4 hours.
  - You are allowed to collect these play chips as many times as you wish.
  - If you are continuously running low on play chips, you may collect this throughout the day so that you can have enough in the future as needed.
  - The mobile app offers additional methods to collect free play money (eg. watching videos, answering questionaires etc)
