I own a side business doing residential pressure washing on weekends/when I feel like making extra cash.

- 4400 psi dewalt pressure washer
- northstar surface cleaner — 22in. diameter, 4000 psi, 8.0 gpm (for driveways, sidewalks)
- commercial grade wand w/ turbo nozzle

2019 gross revenue (1/1/19 - 12/21/19) : $18,300

Operating time: 2.5 hours
Requirements: pressure wash driveway, walkway to front door, & sidewalks (both very large)
Additional costs: 5 gallons of chlorine ($10) & gas ($10)
