i have been playing last ladder and this ladder all been fine, but suddenly i got disconnected and i re log in but it said as you guys can see in the pic. i wonder if some one know any info i can contact or can help me to fix it.

hey guys, thanks so much for that info. i got it running again. somehow i got it to the wrong server. now i set it back to us west and it works like a champ.
