This is going to be my tracker (yeah I'm pretty sure a lot of people tried this method before)
But this is the first time I AM trying this. I made my decision that I start now.
My current habits are:
Smoking cigarettes
Drinking alcohol
Gambling
I can peek into a future of a very bad lifestyle if these habits continue to stick with me, and I know this will be the best decision I ever make.
I will not fail to keep updated on this tracker, as if I shall stop, I have failed this method and gave in.
