Create Blog? Where?

All I see is a link called "Personal Blogs"

and it's a blank page with no button to create one?

EDIT: Ok so now this post is showing up in my "Personal Blogs" list.

You might want to change the Blog Forum sticky. It says there is a "Create Blog" link in my profile but all I see is "Personal Blogs" without a link to create one.

I'm guessing I need to post my blogs in the "Blog Forum" and that's why it showed up in my Personal Blogs list.
