22/2/18 Session was going great till the last rep of the last set where i got the old hernia / tear pain. Annoying. Times like this make me wonder why the fuk i do this shit

28/2/18 Deadlift single felt like aids but goes smoothly on camera. Low motivation after that. PS deadlifting after squat day is hard
