Brand's runeword would be good if there was an aura. Aura runewords are usually the best because it can help your team but those are the most expensive.

Never use an Enigma on a physical character, especially if he's a pally (or a barbarian) because his highest weakness (for a pally) is fight everything without any summon. The Fortitude's armour helps physical characters of any sort.

Most of the whirlwind assassins are usually Pvp. I don't think they can be good in Pvm because this character cannot get the top battle order except if you play in team with a good barbarian. Otherwise, assassin (whirlwind) is such weaker than a barbarian (whirlwind) especially if you play in expansion. This build (whirlwind) is usually designed for Pvp.

There are a few ways to solo Uber Tristram with a physical pally using one of these weapons (Last Wish or Grief) :

1. Last Wish is always the highest option for Uber Tristram because the fade ability is very helpful, especially for the Uber Mephisto and a crushing blow with might aura are very good for bosses.

2. Grief is only good if your resists are maxed more than enough because have the minimum resists for Uber Tristram isn't enough especially for Mephisto.

3. But, the best way is probably to get your character "fade" with last wish by a burned object anywhere outside of the town and then, take your Grief on your main equipment because there is a good reason why grief is more helpful when your character is already fade. Grief gives a good bonus to ias and this stat can have more chances to get the life tap by your drakul grasp because it hits faster.
