***Disclaimer*** These are my personal reviews of services provided by players on d2jsp. I have no intentions to insult any party, and I attempt to give a fair and balanced review of the experience. Some things I mention in my review are not to be taken negatively, but are just remarks made during inspection (No WPS is common from most rush/level providers.) For any allegation or mention of a negative experience, I document everything with screenshots and archived messages, and have no reason to put forth a false narrative. These reviews are for other players who are interested in rendering these services. Everyone deserves to know what they are paying for and if I am able to provide insight (lvl 17 meditation) I will do so if able. If you read about someone you are considering for a job, please contact me if you have concerns .

Mugaro
Mugaro has a relatively cheap on account leveling service in which I purchased 2 separate accounts lvl 1-90 before midnight (CST) on 2/4/17. Stated delivery time was hours from purchase. Setting up the service was a breeze and once info was exchanged, it was underway -immediately. The process was fast in the beginning, but as explained to me, "There was a mix up about the level cut off. Character will begin soon." It was at this moment that my account seemed to progress at a snails pace. Between 7-8 hours were spent on lvl 89. Communication between client and I was great as it was explained to me there was confusion regarding services but it was corrected. Client made an odd remark about putting my characters on something similar to a "B Team" while he went afk. It was a snails crawl at this point. At 2:29pm CST I received an email of completion. Both characters were completed.

Things noted during inspection of delivery.: Neither character had available stats. No token provided. One character didn't have a cube. No Way points. This was mentioned to Client. Offered tokens. I declined because I had already used one. Response was unprofessional. Remarks made "Most people wouldn't complain at this price." He misinterpreted what I was saying as complaining which I believe prompted the previous comment and a "You must be new" In short, He might have been defensive, but handled it pretty well. There was no amends made for the cube, but tokens offered as stated.

Overview and Opinion Perfectly find leveling. Low price. I can't speak to Mugaro's experience but there were indications he gets defensive over being presented with issues. "The low price" could be an easy way to explain away issue for him as he used it with me, and all I was saying it stats were locked, and a missing cube. I feel the more of these you do, the better you get, so maybe just a little more time.

Would you use them again?[/B Sure. (This question is answered with the idea of them being the only available.)

Why? Smooth completion with minor hiccups.
