1v1 All Class Ladder Rules (ESCNL):

General:
- Spam will not be tolerated. Continuing to spam the thread when you've been warned will result in suspension and possible ban from the ladder. Let's keep this to challenges/results/updates, any other topics can be discussed via PM.
- Limit of one character per participant.
- You may start from the bottom to reset your record.
- If at any point you are inactive for 3 or more days, you will be removed from the ladder. You can reapply at any time when you are available consistently again.
- If you receive three total dodges or two consecutive dodges, you will be dropped from the ladder. You are free to restart from the bottom when you are more available.
- PM an updater for vacation status if you think you'll be away for 3 or more days. During this "status", the ladder will act as if you aren't there. #1 will be granted immunity as long as they have at least 1 current defend.
- Changing to a different class/build will be allowed once per week (resets Monday 12 AM EST). Minor changes throughout the week must still be noted and approved by an updater.

Signups:
Code
JSP account name / *D2 account name / Character Name (Character Build, Notes)

Example: LucAA / *Luca / Tempo (Hdin, 1 pt FoH/HF/Conviction)

Character notes are optional for your signup, but if at any point someone might ask questions about your build or request you to show inventory you must oblige.

Challenges:
Example: Challenge #3, PMing.

- The only thing you need to do to challenge a user is post here what user you are challenging and PM them notifying them of the challenge.
- Everyone is allowed to challenge any other participant within 2 spots of their rank so long as that person is not already in a challenge. (IE 5 can challenge 3 or 4.)
- Challenges will last 3 days.
- A 24 hour extension can be requested but must be approved by an updater.
- If a participant does not respond to a challenge within 2 days of the PM a dodge can be granted but must be approved by an updater.
- It is the responsibility of the challenger to request extensions/dodges.
- Losing a challenge prevents you from challenging that participant for 72 hours, and all other participants for 24 hours.
- All challenges are FT5 unless a different set is a agreed upon by both parties.
- Forfeiting your spot will be allowed without dodge penalty so long as you confirm the forfeit within 24 hours of the challenge.
- Forfeiting will still result in a loss for the forfeiter and a win for the other participant.
- If a challenge is nulled neither participant of that challenge can challenge anyone for 24 hours.
- Dodge will result in inability to challenge for 48 hours.

Screenshots:
- In order to receive credit for a challenge, the winner of the challenge must post 2 screenshots.
- If these screenshots are not posted, in the correct manner, the loser will be offered a replay.
1. One screenshot showing left-click skills, with map and time shown.
2. One screenshot of message log showing at least 1 kill, with time shown.

Season End Tournament:
- Top 4 ranked participants at the close of the season will advance to a tournament.
- Format will be Multi-class Single Elimination with a match for third place.
- Each participant will specify up to 3 class/builds (at least 1). Your class for each match will be decided via random.org.
- Duels are FT7.
- Each match will have the same duration as a challenge; three days. Extensions of 24 hours can be requested but must be approved.
