We can all burn through life doing whatever the fuck we want. I've come to think of myself exactly in the middle ground. I'm a smoker, casual alcohol drinker, ex weed dealer and current smoker from time to time. I'm lazy as fuck because i fill the void with computer games even though i'm afraid to admit to most people that i spend my free timeon something that has anything to do with computers. I do have my ups also - i casually read books, i'm pretty good with numbers and general logic. I've had seven-fucking-teen different jobs. Finding a new one is never a problem. I have a barman's certificate and lot of experience. I have a business and making businessplans certificate. I have extensive knowledge in mechatronics.. etcetera.

The point is - i'm still not fucking satisfied. I get tired of routine faster than a bullet can hit a target. So i spend my time mostly on hobbies, getting a fuckbuddy and hanging with them for a couple of months, hit the gym and quit the gym, drink, smoke. Shit fucking sucks if i reflect on the actions. So i've decided to make a list to follow. I found the motivation from a book that discusses how human brain works and active movement is one of the keys.

Holy fucking shit, i've been basically asking for dementia. Anyway, here's what i'm going to refrain from doing.

[X] No coffee
[X] No cigarettes and nicotine whatsoever
[X] Work out 6 times per week
[X] Drink at least 2 litres of filtered water per day. If consuming alcohol, the amount has to be raised equal to the amount of alcohol consumed. No fucking need to be dehydrated.
[X] Read 50 pages per day. Find those goddamn good books.
[X] No more than an hour for useless shit behind the computer.


I know taking on multiple goals at once can be stressful but i've proven myself in the past that if i want something badly enough, i can get it. Lets fucking do this! Will keep posting every day in the evening.
