When Mikol returned to Ladder Slashers to play with absolutely no fg or gear to play I geared him. I had to my name at that time:
A full fire set
A full dagger set
A full dex robe set
A full dex charm set
A full int robe set
And a partial int staff set

I told Mikol that I would go halves on gear with him if he bought an axe set and helped me upgrade my sets of gear where they needed to be upgraded.

When I decided to leave Outcast to join UA I met with Mikol on ventrilo to talk to him about the whole situation. When I told Mikol I was leaving he asked me if I thought he could come too. I told him he would most likely be denied entrance due to his continued trolling habits and behaviors toward UA and its members. He then asked me what we should do about the gear and I told him I could either send the gear back or buy it from him. He asked me to buy it from him as he himself didn't want to try to sell it all which I was completely okay with as I thought he was a good friend of mine. I knew that I would take great losses for doing this, but did it anyways to help out an old friend. Mikol himself decided that the price for all the items I would be buying from him was 35k. I hadn't mentioned any numbers before this and accepted HIS price that HE came up with on his own.

Several months before leaving I banked over 20k fg on Mikol and left for New York for the weekend. I sent it incase any of the items that he and I had spoke about buying came up for trade. Upon my arrival back from my trip I came back to see Mikol's account without any fg. He had shadowbidded on several items to prevent various members of UA from getting them. He also ended up purchasing these items and overpaying 10k for each item. None of the items he purchased were on the list of items he and I had discussed on buying. When I first logged on I had recieved a PM from Mikol which I no longer have but do remember several parts of. He had told me not to be mad but he had spent alot of fg on items we hadn't originally intended on buying but that it would be okay and that we would still get the gear that we needed.

Several weeks after I had returned from my trip with most of my fg spent on items I didn't need/want I had to take another trip and told Mikol I would have to afk from slashing for a bit while I worked out my school situations and prepared myself to join the Nation Guard. I sent Mikol every piece of Ladder Slashers gear that I owned and left thinking everything would be safe with him once again. When I finally arrived back this time I came back to find that Mikol had decided to sell several items that he spent my fg on before for half and some even less than half the price we had paid for them. Mikol had spent all the fg from the Ladder Slashers items that were mine to buy D3 gold and items with. Again I was forced to deal with this and take yet another loss. Mikol and I never spoke of the terms of these decisions that he made and how it would affect our halves of the gear the we went in on together. (This as I have told several people already was one of my main reasons for leaving Outcast. Which I told nobody within Outcast about because I didn't want to spoil his name.)

The day that I departed Outcast Mikol and I came to the agreement that I would send him 20k of the 35k first. Then I could leave and send the final 15k later on down the road. Despite trying to sell the items as fast as I could so I could quickly get out of debt and start building my gear back up to the way i'd been accumstomed to before all of this I had a hard time selling most of the items I had acquired from Mikol. Several weeks had passed and almost a month after leaving Outcast I had several trades lined up that would pay for most of my debt with Mikol. I had a 35 robe with 48 int and several side mods I would sell for 5k and a 197 ee lvl 50 axe I would also sell for 5k lined up with a buyer. All that was needed was for the buyer to sell several pieces of gear to get the fg for the 2 items. Several days after lining up this trade I start noticing Mikol running around saying I stole from him and scammed him. Despite messaging him and trying to fix this he continued to troll and act like a child. I then decided to cancel the trade with the axe and robe and asked a friend to bring over a bunch of items that were well worth over 15k fg. These items consisted of:
Lvl 50 axe 197 ee - I would have had sold for 5k fg
Lvl 35 robe 48 int - Also would have sold for 5k fg
Lvl 25 robe 38 int - worth 500-1k
Lvl 25 Regular Heal - 151 ee easily worth 1-2k
Lvl 25 Dagger 152 Ee - easily worth 1-2k
Lvl 25 Fire 145 Ee
Lvl 15 29 int staff
Lvl 15 Axe 110 ee
Tier 3 Axe 52 EE 1 str 14 dex
Tier 3 charm 20 dex 19 vita (was part of my tank set that I still needed but sent anyways)
Lvl 5 Leather 20 str 13 dex
Lvl 30 Axe 107 ee 11 xp
Lvl 40 Regular Heal 128 ee
ALL the xp gear that he and I had acquired together that I still needed but was willing to part with to erase my debt
+ several other pieces. The ones listed above were the easiest to remember and most relevant.

I didn't tell Mikol about the sale I had lined up with a current guild mate to sell the 35 int robe and 50 ee axe. After everything he was trying to put me through I didn't want to make the task of him making fg any easier. Plus my guildmate said he would buy nothing from Mikol.

After acquiring the items Mikol PMs me raging about how the items weren't worth 15k fg. I explained to him that he wanted his items back instead of having me sell them and take losses on each of them to pay him back. I told him that he would be charged what he had payed for the items as they were his items and I had already taken enough losses because of him. (He was never really charged what he paid for the items considering I gave him several thousand of fg in items extra)

There you have it the mighty Mikol has all this crap to talk about me supposedly scamming him, but with all the information taken into account I have been told by several different people during several different conversations about the situation that maybe Mikol should rethink who really owes who.

Mikol has NEVER posted his claims in the S/A section.
Mikol has NEVER contacted any mods to take action towards me.
Why is this exactly? Maybe he knows that he's wrong and that I am right? Maybe he already knows that I have every s/s saved and ready for the day he tries to post me in the s/a?
