but hard to trade. perf def and good base (Diadem or Tiara) + 100% to price, coronet is ugly
25damage reduced need to PVP vs assa
3pnb/20fcr + 3cold/20fcr + 2/30 ama very - very often asked

any good 18/30 lvl circ can have high value. very rare
