The base has been rotted away pretty bad along with the a lot of the lower part of the frame from black mold and some termites
It has been sitting for a few years so a good chunk of it is just no good
Will reuse what I can to save money rebuilding it so far the things that look good are
Sinks
Tubs
Water heater <nice!
Cabinets(with a little tlc)
Alot of the stud wood
Going to be getting a better look at the insides and what else I can reuse later today
