Normally, I don't get offended when people crack Asian jokes at school,
in matter of fact, I crack most of them...
However, its people that do it out of COMPLETE ignorance annoys me.
So like today in Ceramics, my Teacher Ms. Wise was telling us about how she studied abroad in China,
and she took pictures!
The place looked a bit run down, but it's China, what do you expect...
So this one girl Mayble or how ever you spell it... I did'nt really care for her in the beginning simply because
she is SO loud and obnoxious, but she was all like
"Did you eat cat and dog while you were there? cause they do that you know"
and
"I bet that place smelled like rice, like alot of rice"
I mean, it wasn't just me offended, there were like a few other asians in the class.
It was fucking annoying, because of her ignorance.
and I get kind of touchy when it comes to dog/cat comments.
Its just something that really bothers me,
HOWEVER, We as in America are complete hypocrites...
We rat on other contries for eating Dogs/Cats
HOWEVER we eat Cow... we take contries greatest most prized idol, and we slaughter it EVERYDAY.
Like, in Asia, at least we don't idol the animals... but food is food, you know?
and no I have not eaten dog/cat.
