For me, a good handball practice is to do these exercises:
  • practice hopping with the left leg
  • practice running (raise your knees, have the center of gravity above the feet, use the whole foot to run) to run without getting tired
  • practice hitting hard with the right arm (position your right foot behind you, and turn your hips and shoulders)
  • to practice shooting over the opponents, which is a rather technical gesture

If you do all that, I think you'll be pretty well trained.

Here is a pretty popular expression in French:
  • filer à l'anglaise
It means to flee, suddenly, violently, as apparently did some British persons.

Here are some expressions I created myself:

  • tricher à la chinoise
I know little about Chinese culture, but it seems to me that the Chinese tend to cheat: they tend to whisper things in the ears of others, they tend to hide their despair.

  • cogner à la noire
I know little about black culture, but it seems to me that the Chinese tend to bang: if you are tired, you meet a black and you ask for a little respite, he may not be complaisant.

  • fantasmer à la juive
Sometimes, the Jews are a little dreamy, in the moon.

  • cafouiller à la catholique
    Sometimes, Catholics are messing around.

  • profiter à l'indienne
Sometimes, the Indians take advantage of the riches, without really using this luxury to create progress.

  • décomplexer à la russe
Sometimes, the Russians do pretty daring things, but they have a powerful ability to decomplexing.

  • mettre la pression à la musulmane
Sometimes Muslims put pressure on others.

The Chinese language is a language that I find very beautiful. Here are some sentences in Chinese.
These sentences will be written in pinyin, which is a system of writing the Chinese language with with the letters of the Latin Alphabet.

Quote
Nǐ hǎo
Hello.

Quote
Wǒ xǐhuān xióngmāo
I like panda.

Quote
Wǒ bùshì zhōngguó rén
I am not Chinese.

Quote
Nǐ xǐhuān niú ma?
Do you like cows?

Quote
Shì de, wǒ xǐhuān niú
Yes, I like cows.

Quote
Shì de
Yes.

Quote
No.

Quote
Nǐ yǒu jiějiě ma?
Do you have an older sister?

Quote
Nǐ yǒu mèimei ma?
Do you have a younger sister?

Zhōngwén yǒu sì zhǒng yīndiào...
Oups... sorry... there are four tones in Chinese:
  • First tone (ˉ), flat tone or high tone: quite high and equal;
  • Second tone (ˊ), ascendant tone: starting from rather low and ascending briefly;
  • Third tone (ˇ), low tone: hollow and inflected;
  • Fourth tone (ˋ), descendant tone: high, short and descending (pronounced like an exclamation like "Na!").

Here is a way to dance with your hands.
This "hand dance" is inspired by the little that I know about Chinese culture:

If you want to learn more about Chinese culture, I advise you to install:
  • HelloChinese, to learn the Chinese language
  • MOMO, to meet people of Chinese culture

The Chinese language is a particular language because it is a sung language.
On MOMO, you can see dances, and hear music, and many other things.
I think it's something that brings a precious wealth.

In general, I do not like the scientific community very much.
I find that the scientific community never reports to anyone.
Scientists do what they want, and they sometimes work outside the needs of society.

In a caricatural way, we can say that there are no civilian scientists.
All scientists are military.

They only work where there is money.
Almost no scientist is independent.
They work at random, and they seek to discover the most powerful things possible, without regard to the interests of society.
I find it bad, I find it wrong.

I think it's normal that there was an excitement after the revolution created by Albert Einstein.
But I think it's time now to re-arrange things calmly and cleanly.

We must promote a science that is profitable to society.
We must succeed in controlling our curiosity.
Scientists are humans like any other.
Scientists do not live on the margins of society.

In certain comic series we see this mechanism, where the scientist sometimes manages to feed himself thanks to his science.
I think it's better that it stays in the field of comedy.

Google has designed a city exclusively for scientists.
I think this phenomenon could become dangerous.
Scientists are humans like any other.
Scientists should not live on the margins of society.

I would like to talk a little bit about handball.
In handball, we can ask for timeouts when we want.
In handball, we can replace players when we want.
In handball, the field of play is small, and because of that, the game consists of a succession of sprints on one side and then the other.
For me, a match that lasts 2 * 30 minutes should not consist of a succession of sprints.
It's not my vision of the sport.
If the games last 60 minutes, then I think it's better to leave room for endurance.
I think we should ban unlimited player replacements, and I think the size of the field should be doubled.
Or we should give the defenders time to put themselves in place.
It's too violent, it's too aggressive to force the player to chain sprints for 60 minutes.

I think handball is such a rich game that it should be divided.
On the one hand, players should be encouraged to hop, shoot in extension, and shoot over opponents.
On the other hand, players should be encouraged to chain sprints.
So we might know what really interests us in this sport.

Here is an animal fiber sponge:

Watch my YouTube video about France, to know the story associated with it.

When I was in elementary school, there was a pretty girl I liked, and she liked me too.
She saw that I was a little different from other boys, probably because of my slightly different culture.
That's the problem when you have a small community: people have greater responsibility, and they have less opportunity to empty their minds to play sports.

Anyway, this pretty girl saw that I was a little different from other boys, and she saw that I was a little less energetic than the other boys (which does not detract from my joie de vivre and my dynamism).
One day, she organized (with her friends) a session of "bodybuilding" in the playground. It was necessary to make sprints, and to raise benches.
That day, I applied myself to muscle my body.
It's one of the most beautiful memories of my life.

Unfortunately, soon after, this girl moved.
Today, I would like to see her again.

Children are innocent, and sometimes do things that have a very strong impact.
I'm convinced.

This pretty girl was called Claire.
