no shrugs, no extra set of biceps like I did on the 1st.

left elbow hurts when I do tricep exercises. went light on the push downs.

abs:
3 sets of alternating sit ups
3 sets of leg raises
3 sets of hyperextensions
added extra set of biceps (hammer curls)
added extra set of lat pull downs
these should become standard for workout B

elbow stopped hurting for triceps
