They were bacj up around 5:30-5:45 but still experiencing severe issues with lagging and difficulty connecting. I am hesitant to believe it but they appear to be back to normal this morning

Servers kept dicking this job and getting him killed from lag. After losing 50% ... probably more... of prigress toward 96, we agreed to just call it at 95. There was no indication that servers would improve. So basically the time elapsed is representative if 75-95.5 - again also bearing in mind the 6 hr downtime from crash.
